Thomas Crooks was shot from behind by a glownigger in a tree. Then some "ghost" jumped out a second floor window onto the roof, assumed the trajectory position, fired off his round, dashed back--Crooks body was moved from the end of the building to the place the shot was fired, blood spread around. FBI hosed off the roof where Crooks was shot.
In this pic you can see he is poised a mere 5ish feet from the hiproof (overhang on front door entrance), but the point of trajectory was the center of the roof.
