Do people skip death saves in some cases when player character HP gets 0? I'm not talking about obvious ones like getting smashed by Smasher or a nuke blowing up in your face. I mean normal cases like having a grenade thrown at you, getting run over by a truck, being surrounded by security in all directions, and so on.
