We've never been able to mod merulina because Reb won't be able to sell us drives for platnium and we've never been able to affect drives with speed up abilities because then we might cheat on Steve's special race side content. And we are at the point now when literally EVERY other piece of exalted equipment is moddable now but Merulina still isn't.
I've never been able to go truly fast on my k-drive, merulina or otherwise, because the devs at DE have either been too stupid or too greedy.
