Can anyone with a straight face explain how this can be worked around? It's there in black and white? How is this not going to apply to anyone born in the US outside of an embassy? The King of Thailand was a US citizen over this clause.
Are illegals supposed to be in some magical limbo-land both within the USA but outside its jurisdiction? You can't deport them because of this?
