Happens the same to me I always go for Basic_T2Iv10 or sometimes the VpredV10 and then go around by genning without the detailers so I can get a preview in about 50 seconds with my little 8gb gpu, then I go for the definitive one with everything and it takes around 3-4 minutes.

I only have one issue and that is I'm still not able to use openpose cause I haven't been able to find the "diffusion_xl_openpose.safetensors" controlnet model.
