Best bar food situation I've seen was a taco stand behind a bar that was cash only and tacos were all $1 each. This made the whole process extremely efficient, which when you're drunk and hungry, is essential.
Going to guess it would be difficult to make much of a profit off of one dollar (or Euro) tacos, but avoiding dealing with adding up prices, making change, dealing with technology issues, etc., is a desirable goal.
