Push ups and body weight squats. It's all you need desu.
I've gone to doing squat variations ring push ups and chin ups cuz lifting weights is just not it. Might add in some kettlebell swings too. Doing some Weighted situps as well all for 5 sets then I come back 72 hours and do it again.
