I wanted to like this so bad, either version, but both were a pain to play for me... the 1994 TAS was so much fun back then, and a 2D action platformer for the SNES and Genesis felt like the perfect idea. At least the 2000 title by Neversoft, though not a real adaptation, felt close enough to it and had Rino Romano as Spider-Man, the voice of the character in Spider-Man: Unlimited, a sort of "sequel" to the 1994 TAS. Still, I've never got very far in either version, I just lose interest because the controls feel awful.
