Currently taste testing possibly the worst beer i Have had in ages, Saimaa sour
It's basic lager or ipa, that has a lot of citric acid and lactic acid added to it to give it a "sour" taste
How I would describe the taste, take a sipp of normal beer and then chew an entire lemon wedge for no reason, absolutely horrible
The idea is solid, but they leaned in too much into the sourness. It's like a small glass of beer with an entire lemon squeezed into it, it's just too sour. Imagine a raddler with 0 sugar content and dryness comparable to champagne
