I still cant get over Ralsei.
He is STILL hiding shit from us, and I mean US.
Kris is in on it but hes hiding from susie and us still.
He is very well aware of the soul and has differing dialogue in chapter 3 and 4 on the weird route when he really shouldnt know whats happening, as if he knows that WE are looking to subvert the prophecy.
We still dont know how he gets around to different dark worlds when other darkners have to be physically moved to each location which means hes either hiding it from us, snagging a ride with us, or what I think is that the knight is helping him.
Thats right! Ralsei, Kris, Carol, and the knight are all working together.
There is titan influence in the ??? area before castle town, and there is a closed off area in the Castle still which likely leads to his dark fountain (not explained why his spews PURE darkness.)
Two times Kris closed his eyes, we catch Ralsei talking to him when we come back and another time he fucks off to break some prophesies, not to hide from kris, but to hide it from susie and more importantly, us.
In the beginning he referred to Kris and Susie as the two heroes of the prophecy but he is obviously hiding the part of the prophecy regarding "the girl" knowing its not susie since she's "the dragon".
We'll be forced to turn on susie and Ralsei probably wanted to be discreet about it so it would be easier later on.
One thing for sure though is his desire or mission to keep the soul out of the loop, engaged and pleased.
Honestly, Kris opening a dark world was kind of left field given that Ralsei mentioned the roaring to Susie, Berdly, Queen, and Kris but when you take into account that Ralsei, Kris and the knight are working together to ensure the prophecy continues as planned, then it makes sense.
Ralsei TOLD Kris to open the fountain and to lay a trap for Undyne!
