Uh, yeah. To put it lightly. You should be able to get half your max for 30 (real) reps (once). But even on the 30 rep days you only go up to 30%. Yeah okay, you're going it with 3 different compounds with no rest and repeating it times but that's still decidedly light work. And that's the heaviest day. What is the actual point of the other days where it's fewer reps and less weight than THAT? I don't care how much you love periodization (the greatest trick the devil ever pulled) I'm not finding and benching a 37.5lb barbell for 3 sets of 10.
