Why do people still believe the Tokyo Metropolitan Ordinance did anything? It was roundly mocked and never enforced as a result. There is only less now because some faggot convinced suit guys that the people wanted shitty isekai which consumed everything for the past few years while the studios were in a weaker position. Hopefully we'll see more cestnema now that studios are better off and isekai is a proven flop.
