iirc it was renamed to "webm for bakas" at some point around when retard was starting to be globally considered a nono word, and the one I have now is webm for lazys. The UI is similar enough that it might be a fork of webm for retards, or just an updated version, I don't remember. It has way better tools for cropping/scaling.
