I used to think like you and then I got hit with mute/silence because a lot of people didn't like the way I play. So if you play a lot, get reported a lot then the moderation system will crawl through everything you ever typed and find a bad no-no word as justification.
It's so impersonal it sucks. After 3 random mutes during rank climb I gave up on the game completely because obviously the playerbase is just a bunch of fragile scrubs. Like you play 95% of the time fine and being genuine but the moment some idiot gets butthurt he'll try to push your buttons and bait you into saying something just a bit mean like "idiot, dumbass" and then you're cooked.
