For an actual answer there's two ways, both equally important:
1. High resolution, the game just simply looks way better at 4K. 1440p isn't awful, but 1080p will just look like shit no matter what.
2. The game has baked in TAA which adds a load of artifacts around everything to "blur" stuff together, it looks kind of okay in motion if you don't pay too close attention, but in still frames it looks like absolute dogshit. The ONLY WAY TO DISABLE THIS is to use the DLAA setting with Nvidia's DLSS4 override, this overrides the baked in TAA and does Nvidia's AA instead which is way better and doesn't add tons of artifacts around everything.
Also you can turn sharpness up to about 3, then you get some pretty nice screenshot quality.
