God will tolerate that because of 2 reasons
1. He loves you and he will not destroy your work, even if your work was to insult him
2. He make great things out of the worst tragedies. Every single prophet went through bad times but God still prevailed by using those tragedies

The bible is clear:
Everyone will suffer. The goal is to offer your suffering to God so he can make something good out of it

He is a doctor. It is his duty to remove the tumor and all he asks is for you to have faith. He'll turn that tumor into a medicine or something
