Mahomes has dominated his era the likes of which we've never seen, but if he had one nemesis it would probably be Vic Fangio.

When Mahomes got into the league he was putting up absurd numbers, Vic was the first coach to come up with a gameplan to slow him down which other teams copied. Mind you, as a HC he went 0-8 against Mahomes, but Mahomes was no longer a stat god.

In the Super Bowl his gameplan managed to shut down the Chiefs and will probably be used in 2025 by other teams.
