I think, if Martlet is going to appear in a DRY Dark World, it should be with the grandeur of her UTY Zartlet intro. You could turn that into a joke by having her act as her normal goofy self, but I personally would go the route of her showing up to stop some Titan-level (in appearance at least) danger to the protagonists. Make her a kind of seismic, larger-than-life hero who comes in and tackles the enemy, and the two have a kaiju fight in the background while the party considers their options and whether to run or aid her.
