How would a drug even cause a penis to shrink, it makes no sense,
there's all kinds of drugs that make the penis shrink. an example would be mtf hormone replacement therapy and how it changes the shape of the blood vessels of the penis making the dick shorter and wider. same thing fin did to me to a lesser extent. medicine that affects blood presure also commonly will affect erect penile length, and shorter erect penile length over time can cause stretched (limp) penile length to decrease over time due to less elasticity/stretching. drugs that cause you to get less boners and ed chronically can cause your erections to be smaller as well for the same reason.
