Kratos isn't even a fast guy, which is the weirdest thing. Like, he's a slow, lumbering brick. Even in fights where he's going all out, he's running as fast as a normal person.
God of War wouldn't exist if Kratos could run even at supersonic speeds. The whole plot is that he needs to slowly walk somewhere.
It's like claiming that Sephiroth can destroy a planet when the plot of FF7 is about how Sephiroth cannot destroy a planet. The narrative itself is claiming you're wrong.
