For me taste personally, it's always bursting clothes, especially if it's through transformation sequence. I like this concept because it's a symbolism for breaking free from human limitations and human culture. The tearing of fabric represents a breaking free from constraints, a sudden unleashing of inner & massive strength, or a dramatic reveal.
