>The shoe redesign is because Mighty got a shoe redesign in the jump from SegaSonic to Chaotix, similar to how Vector no longer wears the Sonic shoes like the abandoned bandmates.
I didn't know about Mighty getting new shoes in Chaotix, the change is quite subtle though. Pretty cool regardless
