In my Sonic headcanon, Sonic is unstoppable. Nobody can beat him in battle. He's also almost as smart as Tails, but most people don't know because he doesn't show it off. He can win any fight. He is humble and not judgemental unless its with people who are truly bad.
He can make hundreds of calculations a second. So he never really has to overthink things. He can assess any situation correctly.
His mental intuition is perfect. He never makes an incorrect decision. Neither morally or practically. He's always right.
If he had to fight every character at once, he would still win.
