>some weapons reward great aim, but more weapons reward good positioning and smart shot placement

>majority white male cast (a Demoman or Pyro is fine)
>if the game needs to be diverse then surround it in hot chicks who are not actually playable, women are weaker than men
>if the game needs a writer then get one who would rather die than resemble Joss Whedon
>gameplay is very straight forward: stand on point to capture it, get enemy off the capture point, stand around the cart to move it toward a goal, etc.
>absolutely no ASSFAGGOTS elements whatsoever
>absolutely no esports elements whatsoever
>random crits enabled
This is all you need. You could show my post to a board room at Valve and if they actually listened to it they'd design one of the best multiplayer games in existence. We know this because it's been done in the past, and I don't just mean with Hat Fortress. But instead a bunch of diversity hires and jews who want to design a lootbox gambling sunk-cost simulator and NOT a video game are occupying top positions at Valve. It's fucking pathetic. Hand me the whip and I'd guide a team of competent white male programmers on the right path and make you billions of dollars in a year.
