How much does a single CG for a VN cost? It can't be that much, right? But ge with a lot of CG variety aren't too common.

I would argue this doesn't apply because on the Akane route, all of Kotarou's friends ghost him first, Kotarou works for Akane but doesn't think he's really doing anything bad, and he's actively fighting against her plan to end the world for the second half of the route. You can argue that not killing her is betraying humanity, but he atones for that by exiling himself with her.
Speaking of which, I forget, do they ever touch on what Chihaya was doing in Akane's route? It's odd that she just completely vanishes with their affiliation.
