I'll definitely have to make a Dais of Destruction legendary transport at some point that could be an alternative commander now with the new rules.
I originally had him as a horrible Stax commander because his main thing he is known for in the tabletop these days is disrupting other people's stratagems (cost increases are still called "Vects" in the game). But I wanted him to have something generically useful enough that the rest of the deck can be a hodgepodge of Dark Eldar themes and not lean in to lockdown too much.
