“M-M-My name? I-I'm Cesha. Cesha Ryn.” she says, you smiling at the girl as kindly as you can.
“Nice to meet you, Cesha Ryn. I'm General Karn. I just want to ask you some questions, okay?” you say, the woman nodding to you nervously. “Good. Are you okay?”
“Wh-Huh?” she asks, taken completely aback by your question.
“Are you alright? Did they treat you well?” you ask her, then furrow your brows a bit. “Or did they treat you poorly?”
“That's not-!” the slaver shouts, you turning your head. Looking over your shoulder and glaring at him, filled with murderous intent if he interrupts again, he immediately goes silent. You hold the glare another couple of seconds before turning, softening your expression as you turn back to the kid.
“Tell me how they treated you.” you tell her, the girl explaining her ordeal. She tells of how one day she was taken from her home, her parents not trying to save her as the lizards took her away from her home. Took her clothes and burned them, leaving her only the cloak she's wearing. And the collar around her neck, which you now notice has a blinking red light on it. “And what about this collar?”
As you say the word you see her wince, flinching as if expecting something to happen. But after a few seconds where she isn't either struck or otherwise hurt, she tells you how whenever she'd do something wrong, the collar'd zap her. How at first it hurt so bad it would incapacitate her completely, but now she can even run with it shocking her. And at this point you've heard enough, you're not letting these slavers hurt this kid any more.
But how do you handle this?
>Tell Meloka to kill the slavers and erase their bodies, you don't want them to exist as anything larger than an atom
>Ask her if it's okay for you to take that collar off her, and if she agrees tear it apart and free her
>Telepathically reach out to King Vegeta IV and let him know what's going on. See if the slavery of children's something he KNEW was happening, or if he knew as little as you did of it
>Rise back up to your feet and turn back to the last slaver. Tell him he's got exactly one chance to take that collar off her and let her go, or he and his compatriots' lives are all forfeit
>Tell the slavers she's no longer theirs, as slavery of children isn't allowed in your city. And to spread the word that if you, or ANYONE in your city catch slavers like them here again, you'll personally execute them to set an example
