Muslims killed a bunch of merchants and stole all their valuable goods and when the Mongol sent an embassy asking for an explanation(they even went out of their way to be diplomatic and sent Muslim tribesmen along) sent them back disfigured then acted like they dindunuffins when Genghis Khan repaid the favour in kind
honestly the only thing the Mongols did wrong was they did not kill enough muslims.
