The Xbox 360 CPU is trash.
It's basically half the switch 1 CPU, because it's a in order, ancient 2 instructions per cycle garbage inspired on the cell CPU that gets gangbanged by if conditions.
Yet it runs dead rising, with thousands of zombies at 30 ish FPS.
I doubt borderlands 4 do anything more impressive gameplay wise.
