I went to Walmart today and I was surprised to see they have Pokemon cards since I thought scalpers always take everything immediately.

I'm assuming all that was left was probably shit, but I saw some packs that said "24 normal cards and 1 foil card" so I bought one pack and the foil card I got was this one. Is this any good? It's Pikachu so it must be one of the best ones in the set right? I don't even know exactly what the name of the pack was either I wasn't paying attention it just was blue and had a picture of a pokeball on it. I think it was probably one of those shitty packs that Walmart does where they take a bunch of real packs, open them, and then put some of the cards randomly into a new pack and sell it at a discount. Lol.
