Just finished my 3 day wet fast. Day 1 was easy, Day 2 was kinda shit, today day 3 was ok. My stomach has been feeling upset the entire day and I drank some sugarfree mcdonalds coffee a few hours ago hoping it would get better (it didn't).
I still have 2-3 hours left before going to bed, I'm going to extend the fast until tomorrow morning unless I can't sleep.
Will let you guys know soon how much weight I lost, even though I'm already pretty low bf
