JP gacha dubs: Bland, lifeless delivery. lack of emotion/intensity in key scenes. Minimal effort put into character voices. Overused tropes (genki girl, edgy boy, etc) with no depth. Dialogue often sounds rushed or phoned in. They're not giving 100% like they would for an anime or major game release, it's just another paycheck.
