I can try to focus more on the erotic aspects of it, the plan was to lean into the "becoming a dumb fat cow" thing with gradual IQ reduction and so on, so while stage 1 and 2 might be more like your image, stage 3 has to be a bit chubby. ive experimented with veins but its a little hard to make them look hot and not grotesque in pixelart.
