Turkey is, allegedly, a European country, so article five and all that crap would prevent them from participating, Iran is still licking its wounds, and the Saudis attacking us is something that will shrimply not happen.

Of all the countries we could end up fighting Egypt would be the most interesting because of our shared border. I’ll try to keep it fair and objective because there’s plenty I can’t predict. The one thing I’m certain of is that we’ll have air superiority over you from the very first day. After that maybe they'll try to cut you off at the Suez canal again, but Idk how. There'll probably be a sort of ground stalemate like in the beginning of the Russian-Ukraine war, too.
