Meisho's personality would've been more fun in my opinion if her meek submissive side was just around TM Opera O, and she turned into the boss horse she was known as rl with anyone else. Could even make it a thing that she turns more and more submissive to the trainer over the course of the career as she warms up to them. Though I still like what we got.

Meisho Doto Factoids

>Was dirt cheap by horse sale standard - his owner purchased him with merely 5 million yen. He earned nearly 1 billion yen in return.
>Due to a misunderstanding of language, Meisho would mimic the staff that attended to him and put on an angry face when TM Opera O was mentioned.
>However when Meisho encountered TM Opera O in stables or at races, they were actually incredibly friendly. Making it likely Meisho doesn't actually know what the words TM Opera O refer to.
>Never the less, when visited by TM Opera O's jockey- Ryuji Wada- Meisho became aggressive and delinquent-like.
>It's possible that Meisho believes Wada is the 'TM Opera O' her team hate, and not the horse he rides.
>Despite the timid nature displayed in the anime and game, Meisho was a feared horse during his day. He lost frequently to Opera O, but Only to Opera O. Making him a 'demon' to try to 'over-come' to other jockey's and their steeds.
