Finally looking like a proper wizard. Takes all the way to the end of the game, but patience pays off.

I went with the dex since it does so many small things, and hitting with my crossbow is relevant for this build.
That and dual wielding staffs just looks so goofy. It's arguably the best option but I don't mind.
