I mean, if you can get armor mods to work, albeit with a patcher, for Enderal's custom races we should be able to get them to work with Skyblivion no issue since they'll be vanilla races. You'll probably just have to console command the armor into your inventory, or additemmenu, if Skyblivion will use SKSE. What I'm wondering is how ENB will be for Skyblivion, since ENB for Enderal is abit lacking, pic related.
