the point is that the A.I won't do everything by itself but one decent programmer paired with it can do a lot more work. I even tested that using a.i to create a test personal back end project and even teste MCP (aka giving a.i access to figma designs and letting it build the front end element of the webpage)
which is why microssoft fired a bunch of people and why both it and elon want to hire as many pajeets as possible.
