with 4, 1 hour and a half tops
haven't played with 5
with 6 it can take up to 2
(so roughly 30' + 15' per player)
I don't really recommend playing with 6 though, tiles will be spread too thin among all players and it becomes more chaotic, you'll end up only looking at your neighbors at most
