And yes that panel is something I think would make for a really fun level, Superman has to fly around and blow up Toyman's giant balloons in the sky before they get low enough to the ground to damage any buildings or hurt people
Some balloons could be little references to other DC stuff that would probably never get used for an actual game, like one balloon might be Beppo the Super Monkey
