Ironic considering the character you posted was relegated to NPC hell for 1.5 years after initially showing up for ONE scene and was so incredibly popular with artists based on that appearance that she got two events.

If they wanted to shill or stealth market the game they wouldn't be paying artists to latch onto random NPCs half the time.
