Yeah, but I see cleavage more as a specifically feminine design choice, the addition of it on a male character always veers a bit more towards overly feminized homosexuality.
A tight shirt, V-neck or a shirt with the top 2 buttons undone would feel like a more masculine translation of that design choice.
