I'm not sure about the fallback thing, but I've noticed that having weird resolutions will make that happen! Also might be superstition, but if I click the cmd window thing that it loads everything on and click a random key, it sometimes starts moving again
I'm not sure if that's actually a thing tho or wishful thinking hahaha!
