Is "Prefer no system fallback" safe to use on Windows?

Every time I generate a video with the base wan model, I have to restart my computer because the next gen will always take a decade to complete. Even restarting comfyUI doesn't fix it.

I'm not sure about the fallback thing, but I've noticed that having weird resolutions will make that happen! Also might be superstition, but if I click the cmd window thing that it loads everything on and click a random key, it sometimes starts moving again

yeh the guy that made it has been changing and fixing it for a couple weeks now, it "works" for maybe 60-70% of flux loras but even then it' doesnt make them fully compatible with chroma. always best to train directly on the model. mainly for people with low vram tho

it's all about how you prompt it. most people go to chroma with tags in their mind and get frustrated because it "doesnt follow the tags"
well yeah, it's trained on t5-xxl (natural language) and the sources were captioned with gemini in natural language. learn its language, and it goes where you want it to

you can use dual clip loader now (in sd35 mode) to add the clip-l for tags too (and fluxtextencode or whatever it's called with guidance=0)
but you still need natural language on the t5 prompt. and the clip-l part is more or less an aid, not the main prompt

if you use detailed descriptions for everything in the prompt it wont focus on one thing over another.
thats why most people use llm to give them a prompt, feed the tags to the llm, tell it to build you a natural language prompt and there you go
