Here's my final Urara, actually pretty safisfied with this set of skills. Here's my take

>The "1,500,000 CC" skill is actually better than it looks, it activates in slopes which might sound niche, but there's actually more slopes in tracks than you realize.
>I was playing her as a Late Surger of course, I think the high Power and "Outer Swell" skill are pretty good for this. Also debuffing the front racers with red skills like "Subdued Front-Runners" could potentially keep things in check even if you do a bit poor early-mid race.

Then again it's just anecdote, I'll test this Urara in daily races later.
