Not counting clocks, at least 2 so far.
First time with Haru I was spreading stats around trying to balance everything, didn't upgrade my support cards and resting when fail chance was only at around 2% so she didn't get past her first G1.
Then I tried to use Gold Ship and didn't get too far, but then retried with more knowledge and Haru got to the URA finale after failing the Arima Kinen of course. Now I've got that as an end goal though.

Rerolling is fucking easy. Once I figured out how it works and what I was aiming for, it took me like 2 mins per re-roll. Roll in the support card banner until you get Super Creek or Fine Motion + 1/ 2 SSRs at least. Or just a bunch of SSRs. Took me like an hour to get a "good" batch of support cards. Not really. The daily chores are in your way in every game, the question is whether there's anything fun you skip those dailies to get to. Disregarding the story and pure VA segments, for me in BA it's the endgame content. In Uma the raising simulator was fun for me the first dozen times, but even after speeding through the unnecessarily tedious dailies there's nothing to get to. I'd like to run the career mode a couple of times a week for fun without skipping anything, not having to speedrun strat through 5 of those every day. If you don't want to consider BA's endgame "a game" that's fine, my point is that there's clearly way more there than the autobattler you see at first glance.

I think your priorities should be first to hit any node with 4-5 support cards on it to level friendship, then maxing out speed facilities, then getting an appropriate combination of stamina and endurance skills for your preferred track length, then getting Wit to 300ish. I try to keep mood to at least good at all times. I usually open by training speed until I need to rest, then doing recreation and hoping for an energy boost rather than resting when I can. But as I said, it's more a matter of whether you get the rainbows or not. I like to use Summer Camp as checkpoints where I increase stats that are lacking, instead of boosting what's already great (unless I get a very profitable opportunity).
