If you pulled a gun and aimed it at your own head and the did all that without the guy behind you shooting, then you could probably kill the guy behind you. Not only is he not shooting at the slightest movement EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE A GUN, but now he's confused. I say a swift move and you can hold his gun away from you with one hand and shoot him with your gun. This is possible and worst case still worth an attempt. Always go for it. That's how you become a legend. Death is not to be feared.
