For all fat anons in this threat that want to get healthy remember the key is to become insulin sensitive. The absolute best way to do so is by
1. Fasting (24-48 hours)
2. Eating a diet that is mainly starch (rice) and sugar (fruit)
3. Keep the fats as close to 0 as possible
4. LEAN protein (chicken) is ok but you don't really need it if you're giga fat
Trust me this is literally the holy grail. If you can keep this diet for 1 year you will reverse all your metabolic conditions.
