I net $65k CAD per year. Which means I might be able to afford a house in 80 years. There's no pressure for me to move out, I have a good relationship with my parents, and my current lifestyle is far more comfortable than it would be trying to scrape by each month to make rent on a shitty apartment shared with a half-dozen jeets. Only 2 out of the dozen or so friends I keep in touch with from highschool have their own place.
