Odinpower provides a passive boost to stats, which has been stated by Thor multiple times and also shown numerous times by him performing feats far beyond normal Thor with no indication of him actively drawing on some inner power (denting Destroyer with his fists, shattering Stormbreaker, matching or beating people that stomped other "standard" Thor lvl people like Beta Ray Bill - Donald Blake, symbiote Fin Fang Foom, Bor, Godkiller Super-Skrull, etc.). Ulik has recently mistook OF Thor punching him for a Mjolnir strike, and so on and so forth.
